You can purchase additional data one of the following ways:
  • Log in to www.lifewireless.com/account/ and click "Recharge My Account"
  • Call Customer Service at 1-888-543-3620, or by dialing 611 on your Life Wireless phone.

If your Device is lost or stolen, you must call Customer Service immediately at 1-888-543-3620 to report the incident as you will be responsible for all charges incurred on your phone number until you report the theft or loss.

In most cases, you may request a replacement phone through customer service by paying a $55 replacement fee based on state regulations. Replacements are typically shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of payment.

Plans vary by state. You can check whether your plan includes data on our detailed Life Wireless Plans Page.

If you have had Lifeline service for more than 60 days, fill out a Life Wireless application. If your application is approved, you will be switched automatically to Life Wireless.

If you have had Lifeline service for less than 60 days with your current carrier, you'll need to de-enroll from your current carrier before applying for service with Life Wireless since you may only receive one Lifeline discount per household.

If your application is approved, you do have the option to keep your current phone number.

Once you receive your Life Wireless phone in the mail, call Life Wireless Customer Service at 1-888-543-3620 and a representative will assist you in keeping your current number. Make sure that you don't call from your Lifeline phone and have your account number and password from your previous carrier handy.
